Job Overview
The Account Executive, Communications will provide hands-on support across several high-profile golf accounts. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in PR and sports communications, with exposure to global brands, major events, and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and organisational skills, an eagerness to learn, and a genuine passion for golf. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Directors, and the Co-CEOs while gaining exposure to integrated communications campaigns across North America and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support account teams with day-to-day client servicing across multiple golf accounts.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, client reports, and content for digital/social channels.
• Build and maintain media lists; support proactive media outreach and monitoring.
• Assist in the delivery of integrated PR and communications campaigns.
• Provide on-site support at golf tournaments, launches, and client activations.
• Track industry news, trends, and competitor activity to inform client work.
• Handle reporting, administration, and coordination to keep accounts running smoothly.
Key Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ experience in PR, communications, or sports marketing (internships included).
• Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• A passion for and understanding of golf is essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn with a strong team ethic.
• Organised and professional with a client-first mindset.
