Dubai, UAE – 12 May – Dubai Golf will host the Club Management Association of Europe’s (CMAE) Management Development Programme (MDP) at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club this May, as part of its growing investment in leadership and professional development.

Taking place from 19-23 May 2025, the return of the programme to Dubai reflects the group’s ongoing commitment to building future-ready leaders and driving excellence across its venues and the wider industry.

Following the appointment of Lisa Williamson as Learning & Development Manager, Dubai Golf has significantly strengthened its focus on team growth and internal pathways – building a culture centred on learning, performance, and long-term success.

Working closely with senior leadership, Williamson has played a key role in embedding a long-term approach to training and helping team members grow through structured development. The upcoming CMAE MDP offers an opportunity to bring that vision to life, with team members joining peers from across the region in a week of immersive, practical learning.

The event will take place at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, with accommodation provided at the Park Hyatt Dubai – part of the Dubai Creek Resort – creating a premium setting for both learning and networking. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in one of three MDP tracks:

MDP 1 – Club Operations – For those new to the industry, covering core skills in club operations and management

MDP 2 – Building & Managing the Club Team – A deeper dive into performance, communication, and strategic delivery, with the opportunity to earn the CMAE Diploma in Club Management

MDP 3 – Strategy & Leadership – A capstone course designed for senior professionals focused on refining leadership approaches and long-term vision
