Sotogrande, Cádiz – 10 August 2026 – Sotogrande S.A. and ARK Architects have unveiled DUNE, a remarkable new villa in La Reserva de Sotogrande that introduces a fresh vision of luxury residential architecture. Inspired by the natural movement of wind-swept sand dunes and conceived to blend seamlessly with the site’s topography, the residence has been designed so that almost every aspect of daily life unfolds across a single level.

Arrival begins at the highest point of the plot, leading visitors through a carefully choreographed sequence of landscaped courtyards that draw natural light, ventilation, and greenery deep into the home, before opening onto the expansive main living floor where the property’s principal spaces come together.
